Your contribution to something big:

  • Take responsibility: You are Head of HR Department for an automotive production site with responsibility for talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, supervision, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.
  • Help shape the future: You develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Think holistically: You develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Experience cooperation: You maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team and cooperate with HR community in the region and HQ.
  • Working for the client: You guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines. You define HR strategy of the plant and align it for the future. You communicate and enforce organization values, initiate, manage and successfully implement HR projects.

What distinguishes you:

  • Personality: You are a decision maker and have great communication, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Working Method: You are highly motivated and have high degree of initiative,. You possess good conceptional and analytical skills. Your negotiation and multitasking skills are excellent. You are able to delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Expertise and Know-How: You have 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for personnel management in a major company or division of a large corporation (preferrably industrial/production company). You experience in collaborating with an executive team
  • Enthusiasm: You are able to lead a team of professionals in a matrix structure by motivating and inspiring ambitious managers. You can coach and support your team
  • Languages: You speak Russian as mother tongue and your English skills are excellent. Additional knowledge of German will be your advantage.
  • Education: You have a master's degree in human resources, economics or business administration
